CatAI Terms of Service

Aditya ("we," "our," or "us") operates the CatAI application (the "Application" or "Product"), a Discord bot designed to generate meme-based responses for entertainment purposes. By using the Application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CatAI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any future updates. These Terms govern your use of the Application, including all features, functionalities, and associated services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use CatAI.
• By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Use of the Application

CatAI is provided for entertainment purposes only. Responses generated by the Application are not guaranteed to be accurate, factual, or appropriate for all audiences.

Users agree not to use the Application for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to harassment, spamming, hacking, or distributing malicious content.

Aditya reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

4. User Content

• While CatAI interacts with user messages, the Application does not store or use messages to train AI models without explicit consent.
• Users retain ownership of their content, but by interacting with CatAI, you grant Aditya a limited, non-exclusive right to process messages temporarily for generating responses.
• Aditya is not responsible for user-generated content, and all messages are processed strictly in compliance with privacy protections.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

• CatAI collects only Server ID and User ID, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
• No messages or other metadata are stored or shared with third parties.
• Users may request deletion of stored information at any time via catai@pls.work.gd.

6. Intellectual Property

CatAI, including all software, designs, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by Aditya and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Application without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

• The Application is provided "as is" and "as available."
• Aditya makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of CatAI.
• Users acknowledge that interaction with CatAI may include humorous, offensive, or unpredictable content. Use at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aditya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CatAI.

This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of data, loss of profits, or personal harm resulting from interactions with the Application. Users agree to use CatAI at their own risk.

9. Termination

• Aditya may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.

10. Modifications to Terms

• Aditya reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Changes will be communicated via the Application or other reasonable means.
• Continued use of CatAI constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Aditya operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of CatAI will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
