Aditya ("we," "our," or "us") operates the CatAI application (the "Application" or "Product"), a Discord bot designed to generate meme-based responses for entertainment purposes. By using the Application, you agree to the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy.

• Server ID – Identifies the Discord server where the Application is used.
• User ID – Identifies the Discord user interacting with the Application.

2. How We Use Information

The limited information we collect is used solely to:

• Generate meme-style responses and interactions within the Discord environment.
• Maintain basic operational functionality, such as associating responses with specific servers or users.

No data is ever used for profiling, analytics, advertising, or any commercial purpose.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

• Temporary Data Processing: Messages sent to the Application are processed in real time to generate responses and deleted immediately after processing.
• Stored Data: Only Server ID and User ID are stored.
• User Deletion Requests: Users can request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us at catai@pls.work.gd. Upon request, all stored Server IDs and User IDs associated with that user or server will be permanently deleted.

4. No Third-Party Sharing

CatAI operates entirely independently:

• We do not use third-party APIs or services for processing messages.
• We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties for any reason.
• Your information remains solely under the control of Aditya.

5. Training & Use of Discord Messages

CatAI does not train AI models on Discord messages or other user content without explicit consent. Messages sent to the Application are used only to generate immediate responses and are never incorporated into training datasets. This ensures compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and protects user privacy.

6. Security Measures

Aditya implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect stored Server ID and User ID from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and users acknowledge that use of the Application involves some inherent risk.

7. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under this age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information through CatAI, please contact catai@pls.work.gd to request deletion.

8. User Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your information:

• Access: You may request information about any stored Server ID or User ID associated with you.
• Deletion: You may request permanent deletion of your information by contacting us.
• Opt-Out: You may choose not to interact with the Application, effectively opting out of all processing.

We strive to respond to all requests promptly, generally within 30 days of receipt.

CatAI operates in compliance with major privacy regulations, including but not limited to:
